But, boy, can they do customer service! You call them up with a problem with some coding or loading or somesuch, and they fix it right there and then. Takes minutes. No thrashing around inpenetrable online manuals, no shouting at the Option Police or Four Seasons Hold Muzak. Just a human on the end of the phone who picks up after a few rings and says 'hello' and fixes your problem.
THAT, dear reader, is customer service. It's not brain surgery so why can't everyone else do it?
